  Patient Ratios : 1:2 (sometimes 3 if they are step-down patients or Peds patients)
  Documentation system: Meditech
  Patient Experience requirements: looking for previous PICU experience; trauma & burn preferred.
  Certifications Required: -BLS, PALS
