**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Plant Laborer to join our team at CRH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting with daily production needs of our crushing and screen plant.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist with daily production needs of crushing and screen plant
* Perform daily safety checks of all equipment and plant operations
* Assist in continuous plant improvement through use of performance standards
* Assist with plant and equipment preventive maintenance programs
* Communicate effectively with plant Supervisor and other team members

**Requirements**

* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
* Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
* Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
